Project Complete! Wasco Mini Storage is finally completely built after 7 years. Typically, storage facilities are built in two phases. Once phase one is rented to capacity and stuffed with people's stuff the business financially sustains itself. Now its time to build the second phase of the business. This is a simple duplicate of phase one erected on the back half of property, minus the curb, gutter, manager's house, etc. Phase two is gravy, the icing on the cupcake, an additional benefit to something already good.
